ITV Sport turn to Twenty3 Toolbox for UEFA EURO 2024
Twenty3 are delighted to reveal that ITV Sport will be taking advantage of the Twenty3 Toolbox throughout this summer’s European Championships.
The television giant, who enjoys extensive broadcast rights for UEFA EURO 2024 in the UK, has already started to leverage our product to enhance their coverage across their social and digital channels, enjoying access to our full suite of tools.
ITV Sport’s Digital Team has been armed with a wide array of highly customised graphics, from line-ups and match stats to momentum charts and our highly popular pitch visualisations.
This action-packed month of football represents the perfect opportunity for ITV to experience the full potential of the Twenty3 Toolbox, including our home of live content creation, the Match Centre, where they will be able to export a variety of social and digital-ready graphics, fully customised to their own brand and preferences in as few as three clicks and five seconds.
With 51 matches and over 4,590 minutes of football set to be played at UEFA EURO 2024, the benefits of the Twenty3 Toolbox will be felt greater than ever.
Joe Szwed, Senior Digital Producer at ITV Sport, explained why the broadcaster opted for the Toolbox this summer: “It was evident from a brief initial conversation that the Twenty3 team understood our workflow challenges in producing data analysis to supplement broadcast punditry across our digital channels.
“In a matter of days we were provided with a full range of tools and branded graphics that have allowed us to react quickly to the moments that matter across the European Championships. I’m really excited to see what content we can create.”
This news further reinforces the power of Twenty3’s Match Centre, with its immediate exporting of customised real-time data analysis proving attractive to football media organisations, as our Co-CEO Andrew Cox touched on:
“Our Match Centre features have been developed specifically to reduce the latency of content creation on a matchday, allowing users to view, but most importantly export, a wealth of information, statistics, interactive visualisations and graphics.
“The ITV Sport team have already been able to put the spotlight on standout performances from [Toni] Kroos, [N’Golo] Kanté, [Lamine] Yamal and [Jude] Bellingham – hopefully there are more to come if England progress through the group stages and to the final in Berlin.”
