Salford City turn to Twenty3 for bespoke recruitment solution
Twenty3 are delighted to welcome Salford City as our latest customer, joining a growing list of football clubs leveraging our services and Toolbox product.
Salford will enjoy full access to the Twenty3 Toolbox, where they will have the power to automate their transfer target list based on specific criteria that matters to them, then interrogate and analyse those players across the full extent of the platform, including in our Football Lab, Event Lab and Visualisations.
As part of the agreement, Twenty3 have developed some bespoke features for Salford to enable the club to leverage the Toolbox in a highly customised fashion and one which is laser-focused on their specific recruitment goals.
With this flexible, user-centric solution, The Ammies will save valuable time in what is often a highly manual, labour-intensive recruitment process, freeing up their talented team to focus on what they’re best at – analysis and decision-making.
The League Two outfit become the latest organisation to take advantage of Twenty3’s recent integration with leading football data provider IMPECT.
Twenty3’s Co-CEO, Andrew Cox, is thrilled to welcome Salford as our newest football club customer, saying:
“Working closely with the team at Salford we have been able to understand their legacy workflows, developing new ways to allow them to interrogate their available data for the purposes of player evaluation and recruitment decision making.
“It’s been a real collaborative effort that has broadened how Twenty3 are able to tailor reporting solutions for our football club partners”.
Meanwhile, Salford manager Karl Robinson explained why the club chose Twenty3 to help with their recruitment goals.
“For an ambitious club like Salford, making the right decisions around recruitment is very important, and to do so, we need an efficient operation.
“So, we’re looking forward to seeing how Twenty3 can help us optimise our processes. From the very start, they’ve shown a keen interest in understanding what we are trying to achieve as a club and how we currently operate. We’re delighted with the solutions that they’ve provided us with so far.”
Finally, Salford’s recruitment analyst Matt Neil added:
“Twenty3 have been great to work with in the early stages of our relationship. Their Toolbox will provided a unique solution to our recruitment requirements, and it’s obvious to see how beneficial the platform is going to be over the remainder of the season.
“In a long and intensive campaign, having a tool that saves us hours of time will be extremely valuable — enabling us to use our resources more effectively on other high priority tasks.
“I’ve certainly been impressed by what I’ve seen from Twenty3’s Toolbox so far, and I’m looking forward to continuing our relationship in the months ahead.”
