Twenty3 staff set to skydive in support of Street League
Three of our colleagues are set to face their fears by taking part in a skydive next month, to raise money for Twenty3’s charity partner Street League.
The trio – Tristan Minall, Boris Addae and Kyle Joseph – will be throwing themselves out of a plane at 10,000 feet on 12th August, as part of a national skydive in Salisbury.
Street League utilise the power of sport and education to tackle poverty, and support young people into employment, education and training – often with life-changing results.
They work with young people aged 14-30, who are living in some of the UK’s most disadvantaged communities, to help them overcome socio-economic barriers to employment.
Street League use sport as a ‘hook’ to engage young people and develop their life and workplace skills, as they recognise the inextricable links between wellbeing, health and employment – and the positive impact it can have on a young person’s self-worth, sense of belonging and personal development.
This combination of sports and education sets Street League apart from other employability services, by providing a fun and interactive outlet, and a relaxed environment where people can thrive.
If you want to support their excellent work then any donations to our fundraising efforts would be much appreciated.
